Kerala Ayurveda Ayaskrithi

Ayaskriti is commonly used ayurvedic medicine for the treatment of urinary disorders, haemorrhoids, leucoderma, skin diseases, and loss of appetite, worm infestation, anaemia, irritable bowel syndrome, malabsorption disorders, and obesity (losing weight). The main action of Ayaskriti appears on the Vata Dosha and Kapha Dosha . It reduces accumulation of body fat by inducing fat burning. The most effects are observed on belly fat accumulation. However, its regular use helps to reduce overall body weight with slight variation in results person-to-person.

Ayaskriti improves digestion, metabolism and assimilation. Its iron content increases the iron level in the blood, so it helps in anaemia. It induces burning of the accumulated fats, which may be mediated by iron and lipolytic action of other herbs present in it.
